I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Jacob's family on his passing. I was the school social worker at SKIP when Jacob was a student there. We enjoyed Skylar as a circle of friends. I remembet how wonderful both of you parents were - Jacob certainly had many challenges but he had a ton of love and fantastic parents. It was a blessing for me to have known Jacob and his family. God bless you all in your loss.

There are no words that will take your pain away, this I know. My heart aches for you and the loss you have suffered. I can feel your pain and I wish I could take it away. Remember this: Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Tom and Family:

I was really sad to hear about Jacob. I remember the times you brought him into The Dispatch office. He always attracted loving attention from the staff, who for years had kept up their hope for him. No amount of anticipation can reduce the sadness when the life in balance is that of a child. I have always believed that God reserves a special place in Heaven for His little angels, a place overflowing with warmth and love. May He also grant you and your family peace and strength.
